RC Jet Engine Repair - JETCAT (ジェットエンジン修復)
I repaired the RC jet engine after disassembling it. Feel free to ask any questions. The JETCAT engine failed to start automatically and there was a problem with the combustion temperature being too high for normal operation. As a result of investigating the cause, the starter clutch fails, the bearing wears, and the turbine blade contacts due to NGV deformation. I was fortunate enough to be able to repair everything. First of all, I am forcibly starting with air assist to check the combustion state. Next, the inside that disassembled the engine. Finally, it will be a test run after repair. The auto start is completed normally, and the idling combustion temperature is maintained within 500 degrees.
