Rise and Shine Yoga Class - Five Parks Yoga

This 20 minute yoga class includes postures which will get your energy flowing. This class begins in a standing position. After bringing awareness to the breath, the class begins with some side bends, standing backbends and forward fold. Class will move through standing postures with chaturangas included throughout. Balance poses include half moon and eagle. Class closes with pigeon, a deep twist and savasana. Have a great day!
