Nauticat 38, can she sail?

Going from our home port to Bodø, for our first haul out and some new anti foul. I named this video “Can she sail” because, as a motorsailer of course her sailing abilities are limited. For us, she still provides joyful sailing even if she’s not the fastest boat, and even if she won’t win any races, she’ll get us there in comfort and safety. After this video was made, a few really important improvements have been done, replacing the beast 3 blade fixed prop with a four blade Variprop improved light wind sailing drastically. Also, all the sails are worn, and now we added a new 135% Genoa, which also made a huge improvement, for what she is. Now we sail a lot more🙂 More videos will come!
