Juncker shows humorous side as EU fails to find replacement

European Council President Donald Tusk and European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker caused some laughs after 28 EU leaders failed to reach agreement on who should take on the bloc's top jobs. "I note with some pleasure that it is not easy to replace me," Juncker told journalists at a press conference which had some lighter moments. Juncker’s term as the Commission chief expires at the end of October.
