We are not selling these patties but I'll give you the recipe we followed. Most of you won't need as much as we're making so break out your calculator and adjust the quantities to fit your needs. I'll also include the recipe for Honey Bee Healthy type product. This is a concentrate which you won't need much of but as you'll see we went ahead and made a whole gallon just to have extra. Healthy Bee concentrate: 5 cups water 1/8 teaspoon lecithin granules mixed in and dissolved before mixing other ingredients (use as emulsifier) 2.5 pounds sugar 15 drops spearmint oil 15 drops lemon grass oil For syrup feed use 1 teaspoon per quart Pollen Patty Mix: 10 pounds pollen substitute 25 pounds granular sugar 10 pounds syrup (we used honey instead) 1/2 cup of healthy bee concentrate 1/2 cup of citric acid 4.5 ounces of cinnamon 2 cups canola oil Stay tuned for lots more videos.
