Building a Riding Trolley for My 4” Traction Engine

In this video I convert a standard garden trolley into a passenger riding trolley to pull behind my 4” traction engine. I also replace the original centre pivot steering with go-kart style steering parts, modifying them on the lathe so they fit the existing wheel bearings.
