We thought about renting a house for a while until we decide what we want to do and where we want to end up. This particular landlord didn't like it very much when I did a pre-move-in inspection and she thought I was just another average renter. WRONG. It was obvious I knew more about codes and tenant rights than she did. Landlords like this one should be fined beyond belief and be forced to live in the homes they try to rent. Needless to say I investigated her which really set her off, then I find out she lives in a $750,000 home. You can't make this up.
