Sobków resident Lucjan Michałkiewicz describes what "Jewish Sobków" looked like. His memory for names, events, and places from the past allowed him to record a documentary that recreated the world of the past. The project aims to create video recordings with the oldest residents of the Sobków Commune and its surrounding areas. Through conversations with those who consciously remember the beginning of World War II, it was possible to capture incredibly important memories. Important for the education of the local community and for all of us. The recordings were created as part of a grant from the Minister of Culture, National Heritage, and Sport.
