Guided Meditation, "Mahamudra--An Introductory Practice"

This guided meditation is an exploration into the four stages of Mahamudra, or "Great Being," in Vajrayana Buddhist practice. It moves the participant through calming the mind, resting in simplicity, abiding in non-dual awareness, and relinquishing meditation itself. Recorded during the online Clear Path community practice, May 19, 2024. Clear Path Meditation is dedicated to the meditation practices, teachings and insights provided by Buddhism and yogic wisdom as taught by Chris Berlin. Its vision is both personal and collective enlightenment during challenging times and also emphasizes mindfulness, heart cultivation, and practical applications of the teachings for well-being, resilience, and self-realization, particularly when practiced in community with others. He is a long-time meditation practitioner and teacher and offers a transmission of energy through his guided meditations. He has worked as a clinical hospital chaplain teaching mindfulness to patients and clinicians, and has integrated meditation into his work with the dying.
