I Climbed a SECRET Military Mountain in Thailand

We've hiked all over Thailand, but this is one of the few places you are strictly forbidden from climbing for 360 days of the year. I had to wait months for a national holiday just to gain access to what might be the best view in the country... and it was located right in the middle of a military airbase. We, Karl's Thailand and I (   / @karlsthailand  , tackle the legendary Khao Lom Muak, a restricted peak located inside the Wing 5 RTAF base in Prachuap Khiri Khan, Thailand. This mountain is famed for its extreme 360-degree views of Ao Manao and Ao Prachuap bays, but it's closed to the public and tightly off-limits most of the year. We only had access because it opened for a specific bank holiday weekend.
