Creative Printmaking with Fizzy Drinks with Rachel Moore

Join print artist Rachel for a live art session as she shows you a fun and creative printmaking technique with fizzy drinks. Using Coca-Cola, foil, and vegetable oil, you’ll explore a lithography-inspired printmaking process that uses chemistry and simple household materials to produce unique textures and rich tonal effects. It’s a playful way to explore foil printmaking without traditional equipment. 🥤 What you need to take part: • Heavy duty foil • A5 piece of cardboard • Masking tape • One or a selection of the following; wax crayon, oil pastels, chinagraph (grease pencil), permanent marker • Coca-Cola • Shallow container filled with water • Kitchen towel • Rubber roller (brayer) • Oil based printing ink • Paper • A baren, or a wooden or metal spoon ✨ The idea isn’t to buy lots of new equipment but to use what you have! 🎨 Check out our Arts & Crafts playlist – packed with tutorials to spark your creativity!    • Arts & Crafts   Find out more about Rachel’s work here👇🏼   / iprintedthat   https://www.iprintedthat.com/ 👍 Like this session?
