Building several successful ones is a different thing. On top of that, innovating the industry meanwhile building several townships is a VERY different thing. Therefore I'm very appreciative when there are efforts in trying to do things differently. I appreciate that these designs are addressing the new class of customers such as young couples without children, or even growing families who require more spatial flexibility. These homes emphasized a lot on garden space with privacy and safety, also pre-designing the walls but yet allow buyers to customize. The only concern will be the relevance of the buyer to the location where these products are built. But if the market response for such products are encouraging, they will be built in other townships too. But when the product is unconventional, it may require a lot of explanation especially to the new buyers. Therefore I'm still debating why not just built and sell that usual double storey terrace house and call it a day. The decision process now becomes complicated. However, please always choose to be informed yea. Get all information from the salesperson during your visit to the show unit. As this is a new product, it's good to see it with our own eyes as there are always possibilities of changes in accordance to local authorities requirements. Go visit the space!! It's very cool:)
