It is used when strength is needed or when we would like to uphold and honor our people. ʔabalikʷ ti Archie Cantrell, tul’al spuyaləpabš - Shared by Archie Cantrell, Puyallup Tribe Song and dance protocol: The Puyallup Tribal community has been given permission to sing these songs. These songs and dances have been shared by the originators to uplift the Native community. Permission from the originator of each song must be acquired before singing these songs outside of the Puyallup Tribal community. These songs are being shared to uplift our communities and provide a safe virtual alternative to gathering.
