This woodturning project reveals the hidden beauty of Acacia wood combined with resin. The natural grain pattern meets the deep color of the resin, creating a unique and organic shape that only emerges during the turning process. For the final finishing, I used: • Buffing compound to smooth the surface • Resin polish for a deep, glassy sheen • Beeswax on the wood to enhance the natural grain and warmth of the Acacia As usual, I can only imagine the final shape, but I'm often surprised by how beautiful the final product turns out. That unexpected transformation is one of the most exciting parts of woodturning.
