Campfire Cooking: Mac & Cheese
Welcome back. In an attempt to make sure I got out kayaking every month of the year, I made my way out at the very end of February. I'm stoked to have gotten some new camera equipment, even though I'm not very good with it. So I got some blurry images of Golden Eagles, Swans, and a very shy Great Blue Heron. Then I paddled my way to my favorite little shack and made a delicious pot of homemade mac & cheese, from scratch. It was a beautiful day and I was glad to be able to get out.
