The exercises we'll be doing today are: Muscle Up Bounce, Bar Dips, and Jump Muscle Up Combos. Perform the prescribed number of reps for each exercise. Rest 1 minute between exercises, and 2 minutes between sets. Additionally, rest 3 minutes after each Bar Dips set.
