Building a FUTURISTIC Box-Wing RC Plane!

What you're looking at is a project where I experimented with a highly slept-on concept: the box wing. Essentially, it's a closed-wing design where the wing forms one continuous, sweeping loop that curves out and connects right back to the fuselage. By eliminating traditional wingtips, this unique geometry drastically reduces induced drag and increases structural efficiency, though it introduces some complex aerodynamic quirks and structural design complications. So, I decided on designing my very own concept RC plane, and pushed it to the absolute limit to see if this weird geometry actually flies—or if there's a reason nobody builds them.
