Ford 2.7 Ecoboost Oil Pan Replacement (Complete Guide)

In this video I show the steps and procedures necessary to replace the oil pan, and oil pan seal on a 2.7 L Ford eco-boost engine. These engines come in the Ford 150, Ford Edge, and Lincoln MKZ, vehicles starting in 2015. A oil pan leak is a very common problem with these motors and if not repaired correctly and timely can lead to serious engine failure. As you may or may not know the oil pans on these vehicles are plastic and if not torqued down correctly, can leak. It’s also important to note you should never reuse these oil pans.
