O'Reilly Packet Guide to Routing and Switching Chapter 1: Routing Strategies
This is the first video in the routing series. It is an overview (with examples) of Chapter 1 in the Packet Guide to Routing and Switching. In this chapter we will talk about how packets and frames get forwarded in routers and switches. We will discuss the importance of a MAC address and the switch forwarding table. With routers we need to understand default and static routes, dynamic routing and even a little IPv6.
