Langtang Village after the earthquake

At 11.56am on Saturday, 25 April 2015, a 7.8-magnitude earthquake shook Nepal. It caused a huge landslide of rock and ice to slide of 7,227m Langtang Lirung. The village of Langtang was directly underneath. The village was wiped out, and over 200 people died, including around 40 foreign tourists. We trekked there two years later, in March 2017.
