Today I'm sharing my recipe for Turkish-style baked bourek, ultra crispy on the outside and meltingly soft on the inside 🤍🔥 An easy recipe, perfect for Ramadan, a family meal, or a delicious appetizer. You can adjust the quantities of meat, spinach, and cheese to your liking: more generous for a hearty version or lighter to suit your taste 😉 ✨ Ingredients: 1 onion 1 clove of garlic 150g of spinach 300g of minced meat Salt, pepper and spices of your choice (here: hot chili, ginger, ground coriander) Fresh coriander or parsley Turkish cheese or feta 1 handful of grated cheese 1 large spoonful of garlic & herb cheese (optional) Filo pastry 1 glass of milk 50g of melted butter (for brushing the leaves) 💡 Tip: brushing the leaves with the milk + butter mixture will give you a golden brown and ultra crispy result in the oven!
