My Abandoned Romhack Projects

All credits go to their respectful owners, this is merely a showcase of projects I have started and never got around to finishing or implementing properly. Megaman ZX Project: Was intended to be a sprite recolor for all biometal forms, with the theme being the Guardian's Green. Likewise each biometal form was supposed to be enhanced with more overdrive energy(if not infinite) and certain moves like Harpuia's flight instead of gliding, or multiple charged shot volleys for model X. -abandoned due to loss of interest. Megaman Zero 2 Project: Implementing Omega Zero's gameplay into the game beyond just a pallet change. Theoretically possible with the Ultimate Form but I also planned to have infinite charge shots, but decided against it as that would just be unfairly broken. Airdash was something I though of late in the project. However I could not figure out how to implement the combos beyond the weaker imitations you can do with EX skills. -abandoned due to loss of interest and limitations. Megaman Zero 3 Project: This one should not be taken out of context, this used the Rockman X1 Zero Skin Romhack as a base for this project and I cannot claim contributing anything to it. My work was editing/adding custom colors and black weapons and a black dash. The colors seen were not final and I definitely intended to mix and match shades of black and purple, but this was for all intents and purposes just a pallette edit of an already existing romhack which once again I did not create and all credits go to it's original creators. -abandoned due to loss of interest. Sonic Advance Project: At the time it was an ambitious attempt at not only making "Super Sonic" playable across all 3 sonic Advance games in all levels, but I changed Super Sonic's colors to that of Fire Sonic, consisting of mainly red. I only got far enough of editing the Super Sonic colors in the final stages in Sonic Advance 1 and 2. -loss of interest and inability to properly implement idea. Metroid Zero Mission Project: editing Samus' colors to those found in Metroid Dread, was only able to get the standard blue suit but nothing beyond that(also had help with that), I wanted the Varia and Gravity suit to actually look like their Dread counterparts. It was mostly a side thing anyways and less of a full fledged effort. -loss of interest and inability to properly implement idea. While these projects are small in scale and effort I do apologize for not completing them, as I was never a fan of advertising something to rope an audience in and then cancel it due to laziness or lack of profit, many communities deal with this kind of blue-balling and I try not to add to it. Final apology due to audio quality, my gba emulator just refuses to have audio recorded properly.
