Obito's Strength Makes No Sense

Obito used to be a low level Chunin when he was 13 years old during the Kakashi Gaiden Arc. After Madara saves him, and gets his body fixed with White Zetsu or Hashirama cells and awakens his Mangekyou Sharingan his strength growth is extreme. Minato vs Obito is an epic fights that happens just a year or so later and Obito almost beats Minato. So, when Obito was the Masked Man he was already at Kage Level or higher. But how? If it was just Kamui that wouldn't have allowed Obito to move relative to Minato in speed. So let's explore Obito's growth in this video.
