Check out our playlist: https://goo.gl/MmiYOA Subscribe to wocomoCOOK: https://goo.gl/dVj1aZ Cheesecake without a crust Ingredients: 250 g butter 4 eggs 250 g sugar 2 packets vanilla sugar 150 g durum wheat semolina (for binding) 1 packet baking powder ½ lemon (juice only) 1 kg low-fat quark Breadcrumbs Beat butter, eggs, and sugar with a hand mixer until creamy. Add the durum wheat semolina and baking powder and mix well. Finally, add the quark and lemon juice and mix. Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan sprinkled with breadcrumbs and bake in the oven at 200°C (top and bottom heat) on the middle rack for 50 minutes. Tastes great warm, too.
