Why Anthony Bourdain Inspired Me to Completely Reshape My Life

Anthony Bourdain inspired a generation to travel, explore, be kind to one and other and enjoy food in an unpretentious, gonzo chef-meets-pirate fashion. While he was a trained chef who seemingly made shows centred around food, culinary destinations and people, his real superpower was in connecting people. Hi was a witty, dry, wise and insightful modern day philosopher and artist whose singular voice inspired me to change my life.
