TV Surdo Moçambique is a Mozambican organization of and for people with disabilities that works towards an inclusive society and promotes the rights of people with disabilities. Its work is based on three main lines of action: (1) advocacy, (2) inclusive communication, and (3) empowerment. The organization seeks to guarantee access to health, education, employment, and climate change services. For these three lines of action, TV Surdo works systematically to eliminate discrimination, prejudice, and stigma. In the education component, the organization produces a 30-minute television program called PROGRAMA DA TV SURDO, which is broadcast on national television channels at the following times: STV NOTÍCIAS: SATURDAY - 6:30 AM | STV: Saturday 1:30 PM; THURSDAY - 1:30 PM | TVM: SUNDAY - 9:00 AM | MEGA TV: TUESDAY - 5:00 PM; SUNDAY - 12:30 PM. At the same time, TV Surdo produces and disseminates, through its networks, various educational content that helps promote a more inclusive society.
