We SAVED MONEY by staying on a campsite. How does this work?

We start this video by describing a stressful morning of driving with a few near misses on narrow lanes. Then we have some very contrasting sites; a National Trust location with small campsite which included free entry into Stourhead house and grounds, a canal side site with some independent traders in farm buildings and a Caravan and Motorhome Club site at Longleat with bonus laundry facilities and super friendly staff. The weather seemed to be at the forefront of our minds this week so we ended with some memories with better weather as we dream and hope for a good summer this year. This is episode 118 in a series of videos cataloguing our post retirement adventures. We are Kath and Sue and we are travelling the UK with our two dogs Archie and Fudge and living full time in our Burstner Elegance Motorhome. We have given up conventional living for a new van-life, enjoying the freedom of the road and plenty of time outdoors taking in the beautiful countryside the UK has to offer.
