Remove fill plug first (always verify you can refill it). 2. Remove drain plug and drain old fluid. 3. Install drain plug with new crush washer. 4. Torque drain plug to 27 ft-lb (37 N·m). 5. Pump in new transmission fluid until it begins to seep from the fill hole. 6. Install fill plug with new crush washer. 7. Torque fill plug to 27 ft-lb (37 N·m). 8.
