Click here for the recruitment form↓ https://www.sanpi-ryoron.com/recruit/ ■ Fried oysters (2 servings) [Ingredients] 10 shredded oysters (for cooking), shredded cabbage, flour, breadcrumbs, salad oil, lemon, mustard, medium-thick sauce, salt A (1 egg, 1 tablespoon milk) B *Garitar sauce (4 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard, 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce, 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion, 1 boiled egg, 20g pickled ginger) [How to make] ① Quickly wash the oysters in salted water. Bring water to a boil in a pot, turn off the heat, cook for about 10 seconds Drop in water and wipe off the water thoroughly. ② Mix all the ingredients in B except the boiled egg and pickled ginger. Tear the boiled egg by hand and add it. Squeeze out the water from the pickled ginger and add it after chopping it finely. Make the "Garitar Sauce". ③ Coat the oysters from ① with flour, then the mixed A, then breadcrumbs, and fry in 170℃ oil for 3-4 minutes. ④ Place on a plate and garnish with shredded cabbage, lemon, mustard, garitatar sauce, medium-thick sauce, and salt.
