On June 14th, 2026 Japan tied 2 to 2 with the Netherlands. This was big news since many people expected the Netherlands to win. However, that news was completely overshadowed by the fact that Japanese soccer fans helped clean the stadium after the match was over. As you may know, this isn't the first time Japanese soccer fans have done this at a world cup match. In fact, it happens every four years. But do you know the origins of this interesting custom?
