A Journey Through Angel Island (Animated Video)
This video is part of the Angel Island Immigration Station Foundation's Asian and Pacific Island Animated Histories Project. From 1910 to 1940, over 500,000 immigrants were processed or detained at the former US Immigration Station at Angel Island. The majority were from Asia or the Pacific due to the country's exclusionary immigration policies. This animated video follows one family through their experiences on Angel Island.
