Day 11 Precious words of Kyabje Rabjam Rinpoche from

Kyabje Shechen Rabjam Rinpoche emphasized the significance of Guru Rinpoche to our country and his role in introducing and spreading Vajrayana teachings in our region. Rinpoche noted that Bhutan enjoys peace and harmony, unlike other countries experiencing conflicts. Dujom Rinpoche mentioned that the first Druk Gyalpo, Ugyen Wangchuk, fulfilled a secret prophecy of Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo by building the Guru Nangsi Zilnon statue at Bumthang Kurje. This is the reason why our country is enjoying peace and harmony. Regarding the preparation for the Empowerment, Rinpoche acknowledged Dharma Sponsor Khentrul Karma Gyurmay's meticulous efforts. He ensured that not only the empowerment hall but even small blessing pills were made with utmost care, using the most genuine ingredients and blessings from Kyabje Dujom Rinpoche and Trulshik Rinpoche. For example, the Mani rilbu were blessed by HH Dalai Lama. Following the Root text of Treasure, he followed to every detail in making the pills. Additionally, he performed all the prayers and recitations prescribed by Kongtrul Rinpoche before the empowerment. In line with the divination of Sakya Gongma Rinpoche, to remove obstacles, they recited the Buddha's words, accumulated 100,000 Tara praises, and made 100,000 feast offerings. As the one conferring the empowerment, Rinpoche also prepared by reciting the Three Roots before the empowerment began. Jangling Trulku and the Khenpos from Shechen prepared the text six months in advance to ensure a smooth conferral. Adzom Gyalse Rinpoche and his team spent several months preparing the Mandala. As mentioned, a Drupchen needs to occur daily, so the monks are performing the daily recitation of Vajrasattva Drupchod. For the Dharmapala puja, the monks and nuns are conducting the Dharma puja according to the Minling Tradition (Ngodup Roltsho).
