Dr. Samson Babi Mululu Kisekka was 74 years old when he became President Yoweri Museveni’s Prime Minister in 1986 and his wit and wisdom is evidence that age might be just a number! In February 1986 he was hosted at Uganda’s only TV station, Uganda Television where he unveiled NRM’s plans for rehabilitating Uganda. He said NRM would not tolerate malingering but if he returned today….hmmmmm! Dr. Kisekka died on 25 October 1999 and was laid to rest at his Ttemangalo home on 31 October 1999.
