Learning Guitar as a Complete Beginner (Day 24)

Day 24 was a lighter practice day. My sinuses are stuffed up, the pressure is annoying, and I still feel pretty crummy, but I showed up anyway. The focus stayed on single note scales and basic chords, keeping things simple while still building consistency. What I focused on today: • Single note scales for clean, controlled movement • Basic chords to keep transitions familiar • Finger stretching to reduce tension across frets • Light rhythm work without pushing too hard How it felt: The sinus pressure made focusing harder, and the whole session felt slower, but the fundamentals still got some attention. Even with a shorter video and low energy, the practice felt worthwhile. Showing up on days like this keeps the habit strong. Why this day matters: Day 24 proves that consistency is not about feeling perfect. It is about showing up, even when you feel rough. These small sessions add up and keep the momentum moving forward.
