This 30 minutes strength workout with resistance bands is going to train all of the major muscle groups, as well as the stabilizer muscles in your body. We will target the upper body, lower body, and core to help you get stronger and improve your overall strength training routine. I used the fabric closed-loop resistance bands for this workout, but you can use the open-ended rubber bands, the long tube bands, or bands with handles. These will all be suitable for this workout! This is YOUR workout, remember to maintain good form, modify as you see fit, take extra recovery as needed, and most importantly give it all you've got!
