YSP 900 Yamaha Sound Bar Repair - #righttorepair

A customer called Graham asked me if I could replace the 22nf film capacitor in his Yamaha soundbar. The sound bar wouldn't switch on. He'd already done the research - apparently it is a known issue with a few of the Yamaha models. I said "Sure, bring it over and I'll take a look for you." MrVectrex on Medium made a post back in 2014 about the same issue, but his was a Yamaha HTY-750. Same capacitor, same problem.
