Pedaling around Peoria, Arizona on a recumbent trike August 5th

Welcome to my YouTube channel! In this video, we're starting out early because this is the Phoenix, Arizona area, and it's August, so it's gonna be a hot day! I like to start out nice and slow, do some stretches, and then hit the road. It's a cloudy morning, but it's still a good idea to use plenty of sunscreen, and don't forget to wear your helmet! I use the sidewalks when I absolutely have to, when I'm along a major road, but mostly I ride on neighborhood streets, which are nice and quiet, especially this early. Yes, people are smiling and waving at us! This is good exercise, and it's a wonderful feeling.
