Bombing B Street With Boom

Bombing B Street in San Diego with Brandon Bumanlag aka Boom. Been trying to film more from the bike and feature more local city people. This one's special cause I owe it all to this guy and that's not an exaggeration in the slightest. Brandon's a San Diego fixie legend, pizza maker, metalworker, and artist who I've had the privilege of knowing for more than a decade now (time flies!!) Brandon's also literally the very first person who taught me the joy and freedom of cycling. Back in 2021 I came down to SD on a road trip and crashed on this dude's couch. He let me borrow a bike and we went and cruised around the city and after that my world was changed forever. So much has changed since then but much remains the same and it felt good to be reminded of that. That pure happiness of riding around, exploring the city with your friends and feeling like a kid again. Time remains master, you remain apprentice.
