The Track to Bago Bluff is no joke… and this time, it nearly took out the whole convoy. After failing to reach the lookout on our first attempt, we returned with new gear, fresh determination and absolutely no idea how brutal this red track would get. What followed was one of the most intense days we’ve ever had in Bago State Forest. Mud, ruts, wheel lifts, slingshot winches, a nearly rolled 79, a punctured BYD, recoveries on repeat, and some of the sketchiest lines we’ve driven in NSW. From the Colorado getting stuck at the gatekeeper, to the Navara slipping into the ruts, to the 79 losing front drive completely… this track turned into a full battle just to reach the next corner. And every time we thought it was over, it got worse.
