Shimano Di2 how to use for triathlon

Coach Todd of http://nolimitstriathlon.com had the great opportunity to review a bike with electronic shifting. This bike had the new Shimano Durace Di2 groupset installed and it was great fun to figure out how the shifting worked. What do you get when you have electronic shifting? -The piece of mind that your shifts will be accurate and precise every time -A gear system that is battery powered.
