Joker is Definitely Bi | Persona 5 Royal Analysis

Hey, it’s Bread here. Joker is definitely bi, and we were robbed from male romance candidates. I hope I was able to convince you of Joker's sexuality (I personally think the strongest evidence toward that claim is Persona 5 Tactica and Our Light). I believe Joker's bond with Akechi speaks to something far more intimate than mere rivals or even friends, as it provides piles and piles of subtext to unpack. Joker being bi is far from a "new idea," and I have received a lot of comments that provided evidence toward this direction. There are also a lot of articles from places like Kotaku and The Gamer that also try to argue that Joker is bi. Though, despite this, Atlus has a complicated relationship with queer representation (as there unfortunately prejudice in the games), and many videos on YouTube explore this side of the franchise as well, so I recommend you check them out (especially videos done by GarfieldKermit).
