Attach the kneading blades to the baking pan. 2. Add the water to the baking pan. 3. Add the bread flour, sugar, dry milk, salt, and butter. 4. Make a small well in the center of the flour and add the yeast, making sure it does not touch the liquid. 5. Place the baking pan into the bread machine. 6. For Zojirushi, Select the Regular Basic cycle with light crust setting and press Start. (may need to pull it out early) For KBS, Menu setting 1, change loaf to 1lb and desired crust setting, press start 7. Remove the bread from the pan and cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.
