Flying the North American L-17A Navion

My friend François Bouquerod owns this stunning aircraft, originally designed in the 1940s and lovingly restored to immaculate condition. He keeps it hangared at Arcachon. He very kindly agreed to take me up for a flight over the Bay, and handed me the controls for a while. It's an amazing plane, with a 225 HP Continental engine, retractable landing gear and a variable pitch propeller. Music: I wanted to add some appropriate music, and I found this recording I did a couple of years back... a song of mine called "Moonlight". It has a 40s / 50s feel to it. I recorded all the instruments and Shekinah Rodz added the saxophone part to it.
