TALAMONA, ROSSI & SAVINELLI FACTORIES with PAOLO CROCI.
We met Paolo Croci at the Italian Pipe Show & got a chance to visit the original Rossi factory, it was open from 1886 until it closed its doors in 1984, now part of the old factory is used by Talamona Pipes, run by Paolo Croci who took over the Talamona brand in 2010. In its heyday Rossi they would produce 50,000 pipes a day. We also got to see a few other pipe company’s work shops/factories including Ardor, Roverart, GiGi, Santambrogia & Savinelli.
