OCPS News Conference to address Budget, Bargaining, Enrollment and School Consolidation

Superintendent Dr. Maria Vazquez will be joined by School Board Chair Teresa Jacobs and members of the OCPS School Board to explain the financial challenges facing OCPS, including rising healthcare costs, state funding limitations, and enrollment trends. In addition, leaders will provide an update on the bargaining process and efforts to reach a sustainable path forward that balances employee benefits with continued investment in classrooms.
