Instrumental: https://www.mediafire.com/folder/n81i... ----- long COVID has been kicking my ass over the last half year. while it feels a bit gauche to write my feelings out loud, truthfully I've been at my wits end trying to manage my capacity and also a sense of direction for where to take my art.
