Using scrap chop function on Cypcut for laser cutting (english)
This shows the basic function of how you setup scrap parts to have internal scrap chopped to prevent tip ups, reduce clean up, and hopefully avoid having dozens of micro joint tabs on parts. Machine being used is nearly three year old 4' x 4' enclosed 500 watt Bescutter fiber laser. Metal being cut in the demo is 22ga (0.7mm) cold rolled 1008 steel using compressed air.
