How to Use the Eurostar ① Purchase a Ticket You can purchase tickets on the Eurostar official website or at station ticket machines or ticket counters. The official website and station ticket machines only accept credit cards. If you prefer to pay by cash, you can only purchase tickets at station ticket counters. Write down your reservation number and issue your ticket at the ticket machine at the station. ② What to do after arriving at the station If you haven't already issued a ticket, issue one at the ticket machine located in front of the entrance gate. The train times available for entry are posted at the entrance to the line, so if your train is available for entry, join the line. This is generally between 1.5 and 1 hour before departure. The gates close 30 minutes before departure, so please arrive at the station gate at least 30 minutes before departure. Carry-on luggage allowed on the train is limited to two suitcases no longer than 85 cm in length and one handbag. Business Premier passengers are limited to three suitcases.
