Oukasie residents accuse the municipality of failing to provide basic services
The residents of Oukasie informal settlement in the North West accuse the municipality of failing to provide basic services. But the Council blames this on billions of rand owed to the Madibeng Local Municipality, which has now embarked on a revenue collection drive. Newzroom Afrika's Refiloe Seboko reports.
