THE KATY TRAIL Day 1: Starting America's Longest Rail Trail

Day 1 of Bike Touring The Katy Trail in Missouri, one of America’s best long-distance rail trails. The Katy Trail stretches 240 miles from Clinton to Machens, Missouri. It also holds the title of America’s longest continuous rail-trail. We arrived to St Charles, Missouri, left our cars there and shuttled to the start of the Katy Trail in Clinton, Missouri.
